On multiple occasions, BIAE advised me to take my complaint directly to the chairperson to get it resolved.
So I did.
The chairperson’s response to my complaint was extremely unprofessional and rude. In her response to me, the chairperson made many baseless, abusive, threatening and libellous remarks.
BIAE have been made aware of the chairperson’s abusive response and they still stand by her. BIAE seems to approve of the chairperson’s behaviour.
- Is this an acceptable response from the chairperson of a professional body?
- Does this response call into question the competence of the chairperson?
