Despite their many claims, the British Institute and Association of Electrolysis (BIAE) offers no real protection for consumers who are using BIAE members for electrolysis treatment.

BIAE membership alone does not guarantee that you will be in safe and competent hands.

As my experience has shown, if you use a BIAE member for treatment and something goes wrong, they will not take any responsibility or work towards a fair and just resolution.

I’m sure there are BIAE members who are great, but from my experience BIAE membership itself does not determine how good or bad an electrologist is. Each electrologist will need to be judged on their own merits.

This website exists so that no one else makes the mistake I did by putting my trust in BIAE and exclusively seeking treatment from one of their members.
